Coffee is part of many people’s daily morning routine and research suggests that it can be part of a healthy diet. However, most coffee creamers are heavily processed, made with additives, and contain added sugars that don’t provide any nutritional benefit. Studies found titanium dioxide, a food additive that’s been banned in the EU, in some creamers, which is linked to immunotoxicity, inflammation and neurotoxicity.
